Job Description

This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Warranty and department administration
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors prompt, courteously, and professionally
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer, policies and practices and Statutory Legislation are strictly adhered to

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience within an Administration role is preferred, ideally with experience of invoicing manufacturer’s warranty and we would like to see demonstrable examples of you being process driven and self-managing your time and workload. We would also consider someone from a Service Advisory background. Knowledge or previous experience of the Kerridge system would be beneficial but not essential.
