Job Description

You’ll be accountable for ensuring the business has controlled and managed financial accounting and reporting across a range of real asset fund and segregated mandates. You will act as the accounting lead for transactions, liquidations, and legal structure simplifications, as well as getting involved in the operational set up of new funds and mandates. You will partner with service providers to ensure high standards of delivery from their teams, in support of our Investors requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of current accounting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP), accounting for real assets activities and complex transaction as well as common fund structures and tax issues.
• Adept at working in a deadline orientated environment, managing a variety of funds and entities simultaneously. 
• Experience collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including advisers, fund managers, outsourced service partners and auditors.
• Production of accurate and timely management and financial reporting.
