Job Description
  • Act as personal assistant to the Clinical Director and Senior Management Team
  • Line manage and supervise the administration team and dental referral bureau
  • Monitor and manage performance data, including staff training data, collating pdrs and appraisal paperwork, data quality monitoring, data analysis, information governance and security across the service
  • Be responsible for the accurate recording of sickness, annual leave, training, additional hours worked, expenses and workforce management system
  • Maintain records of staff training, including bursary compliance, honorary contracts and appraisal completion and to organize room bookings for meetings, staff study days etc.
  • Collate and communicate complex and sensitive information with internal staff and external organizations
  • Lead on specific areas of service improvement and development as agreed with the Clinical Director/Senior Management Team
  • To line manage and supervise the administration team and dental referral bureau;
  • To manage an administrative team providing a high-quality customer service response to patients, careers, referrers both internally and externally;
  • To monitor and manage performance data, including staff training data, collating PDRs and appraisal paperwork, data quality monitoring, data analysis, information governance and security across the service;
  • To be responsible for the accurate recording of sickness, annual leave, training, additional hours worked, expenses and workforce management system;
  • To maintain records of staff training, including bursary compliance, honorary contracts and appraisal completion and to organize room bookings for meetings, staff study days etc.;
  • To collate and communicate complex and sensitive information with internal staff and external organizations;
  • To act as personal assistant to the Clinical Director and Senior Management Team;
  • To lead on specific areas of service improvement and development as agreed with the Clinical Director/Senior Management Team;
  • To work on own initiative and act professionally and appropriately at all times.
