Job Description
You have an excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle high volumes of reporting and have the ability to deliver results within a deadline. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires both written and verbal contact with varied parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with refund requests from clients and branches
- Running internal weekly reports
- Gathering information from weekly reports sent by lawyers
- Communicating with clients, branches other members of the Connells Group where necessary
- Inputting information from Client Feedback Surveys onto our database
- Ensure accurate reports have been provided by Panel Lawyers in line with our requirements
- Ensure accurate administration of supplier invoices
- General analysis of reports to ensure that Panel Lawyers are following protocol
