Job Description
You are responsible for managing the day to day financial accounting, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, management accounts, budgets and payroll.
Main Tasks:
- Provide day to day financial information to the company, including responsibility for integrity and timeliness of monthly Reports.
- Preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial and management accounts - to include variance analysis regarding Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Working Capital movements versus Budget/Financial Forecast.
- Prepare statutory accounts and annual audit files.
- Assist with Group reporting, upload and reconciliation of local TBs and transactional data to Group reporting systems.
- Manage cash flow (accounts receivable/payable), cost control, purchasing control, and payroll function.
- Assist with preparation of annual budget and forecasts.
- Support Management in financial planning and analysis.
- Manage and ensure compliance tax requirements, internal and external audit processes, compliance.
- Work closely with all external parties on audit, insurance, revenue and banking etc.
- Optimize internal control processes relating to internal control and Sox compliance.
- Take line management responsibilities for junior staff.
- Other ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as necessitated.
