Job Description
  • Entry of reinsurance contracts onto XLPro
  • Month end and quarter end reinsurance processes
  • Raise collections.
  • Issue Premium adjustments
  • Monitoring of Reinsurance programme information
  • Reporting of reinsurance matters to the Underwriting Committee
  • Investigation and correcting USM and SCM messages ensuring correct allocation to policies and claims.
  • Monitoring of internal claims adjusters authorities
  • Monitor, review and report claims adjusters KPI’s
  • Administer annual review of internal claims adjusters authorities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent),
  • Insurance accounting knowledge, preferably gained in the London/Lloyd’s insurance market.
  • Good working knowledge of insurance/reinsurance contract types, structures, clauses and operation. (Desirable)
  • Experience working with Insurance/Reinsurance systems (Desirable)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and control skills to ensure integrity of data,
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate); Word (intermediate)
