Job Description
  • Providing expert finance support, such as planning, analysis and modelling
  • Challenging the status quo with an emphasis on influencing future strategic direction
  • Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports to provide insightful commentary
  • Develop plans, budgets and forecasts
  • To undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with our business requirements
  • Building relationships with Senior Managers and our Members

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills; being able to understand the big picture but dive into the details when needed
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to adjust style based on the audience
  • Must be thorough and take a questioning approach
  • Able to build collaborative relationships with senior management
  • Able to work on own initiative while working as part of the wider finance team
  • An aptitude for systems and keen to automate reporting would be beneficial, but not essential
