Job Description
  • Operational admin Time sheet collation
  • Compliance
  • Project on boarding
  • Purchase order management
  • Raise all client applications and invoices
  • Managing all sub-contractors administration / monthly wage reports / payslips
  • Ensure each office operational processes are working effectively
  • Administration of financial processes including purchase and sales ledgers
  • Assisting the accountant with all monthly CIS and VAT submissions
  • Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems for reporting
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Managing and taking minutes when needed
  • Booking transport and accommodation for staff members
  • Organizing company events
  • Day to day management of existing administration personnel
  • Provide full administration support to Directors

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience as an office manager within a construction company
  • Confidence in fulfilling all the duties listed above
  • Strong IT and communications skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Experience working with a sub-contractor is desirable
  • Knowledge of some of the following sectors is desirable: rail, civils, building and aviation
  • Someone who is proactive and highly motivated
  • References required
