Job Description
  • Oversee delivery of projects, make arrangements for related activities and track progress to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction;
  • Be the key point of contact between our customers, external partners and our internal teams;
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Operations Manager and Programme Manager to ensure clients’ requirements and product specifications are met;
  • Coordinate resources and requests among the project team and liaise with colleagues from our headquarters to ensure smooth delivery of projects;
  • Compile/present reports (written and verbally) to UK customers/partners and within our organization, arranging/attending project meetings where required and documenting meeting minutes;
  • Identify any risks or changes in project requirements/timing and ensure appropriate actions are followed-up and communicated;
  • Ensure all processes are followed and necessary documents completed/filed in the database with project conclusion reviews carried out;
  • Providing cover for Project Administrator on activities such as vehicle registrations and documentation when required;
  • Other related activities and contingent assignments
  • Report to Business Development Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Degree or certificate in Project Management
  • Previous work experience in project management/delivery would be beneficial
  • Experience in automotive/transport industry or knowledge of electric vehicles or buses would be an advantage
  • Good command of English is essential, both written and verbal
  • Chinese speaking essential
  • Customer-focused
  • Comfortable communicating with different levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to cope with tight deadlines and pressure
  • Good team player
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office
  • Has right-to-work in the UK or Graduate visa
