Job Description

You will be working in a fast paced environment providing administrative support to our Mortgage Consultants. You will focus on the customer’s initial stages to and activate a large percentage of the cases coming into the Mortgage Business Unit, following the activation checklist.

• Proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application
• Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
• Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Consultants

• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Solid administration skills
• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
