Job Description
The successful candidate will be switched on, sharp and quick thinking this is an extremely fast paced position. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a business administration support role
- Diary organization – sending reminders for important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with others on behalf of the Director including staff, suppliers, and clients
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organizing meetings, appointments and events as necessary
- Organising refreshments or meals as directed
- Attending meetings and accurately taking notes
- Sales and purchase order processing in a timely fashion ready for dispatch
- Checking date accuracy and profitability on orders and invoices
- Checking profitability on sales orders
- Developing monthly and daily sales and purchase reports
- Organizing orders and communicating effectively with the Operations team
- Communicating customer feedback on timely and accurate basis
- Sending out invoices to customers
- Basic sales analysis on excel/Sage
- Preparation for tenders by using Sage/Excel
- General office administration duties
- Other duties at reasonable request
