Compliance with the customer’s operational management system is a key performance metric for the contract.
The administrator will ensure full compliance with the client’s system to ensure Mercury achieve commercial contract KPIs
They will be responsible for closing out of maintenance jobs by receiving contractor reports and uploading them to the client’s maintenance management tool
Experience with software tools such as Service Now and Maximo
Ensure all the documentations and request that comes from different Mercury teams are correctly archived and tracked.
Sorting, storing ,retrieving and taking control of technical documentation and contractual information (if applicable), documents related to the scope of work of parties and site documentation, and ensure that all documents from clients are up to date, and circulate it within the company.
Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards and are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion for different Mercury Teams.
Must be able to retrieve documents and data quickly and efficiently when needed.
Able to produce reports showing weekly movement including total number of live reports, number completed, number of reports ongoing, number not yet started to identify the real emergencies and resolve it in real time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Administration experience
Fluent in English language
PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Excellent communication skills
Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given
