Job Description

You will process and progress mortgage applications through to completion, being responsible for:

  • Managing and prioritizing your own pipeline of cases
  • Keying new applications
  • Obtaining information from 3rd parties to support each application
  • Ensuring all information and documents are collated and correct by reviewing and checking these
  • Referring and submitting applications for approval and completion
  • Continuously updating customers on the progress of their application
  • Working to monthly targets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for candidates who have mortgage industry experience, who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and have excellent customer service skills. .
