Job Description
  • Co-ordinate the scanning of route-cards and other necessary documents
  • Manage and dispose of historical documents
  • Priorities the ‘day to day’ work related issues in conjunction with the Manager
  • Update bespoke databases
  • Maintain the Form & Document control system
  • Update information based in SAP
  • Format relevant documents
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety Legislation and Company’s Policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience gained from an administration role
  • Data entry experience
  • Document control management experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience gained from a Quality environment
  • Experience of Scanners and Printers
  • Experience gained from the manufacturing or aerospace industries
