You will assist in the preparation, maintenance and delivery of exhibitions, gallery enhancements and temporary displays, supporting the team with larger projects and administrative support, as required.
You will have experience of exhibition development within a museum, gallery, heritage or similar environment. In addition, you will have excellent planning skills, with the ability to present detailed information clearly. A confident team player, you will be patient and articulate when communicating at all levels and will be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to complete a broad range of tasks. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar, and the ability to learn new software packages quickly, is a must.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, usually 9.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. This role requires some flexibility to start work before 9.00am / work after closing, and occasional weekends, as required.
