Job Description
- Helping with the growth and success of the Support Services business unit
- Assisting the external Sales Specialists in the day-to-day role of quoting new business, working on renewals, and owning and managing run rate/renewal opportunities
- Responsible for quote creation and renewal quotes, using Manufacturer and suppliers' online portals
- Deal with customer inquiries while working alongside different departments within the business.
- Order creation
- Contract management and renewals
- Ownership of the process from the point of quote creation through to live operational support
- Ownership of our Onboarding process for Solutions Hub
- Communicate and co-ordinate key deliverables across the Sales, Service Delivery, Purchasing, and Operations team for end-to-end delivery of new contracts and renewals
- Own and update all Service documentation on Softcat's internal systems. Communicate changes in a clear and compelling manner
