Job Description
You will be creating and processing invoices and dealing with queries, along with contract administration. Full training will be given, you will have good knowledge of MS Office, enjoy working in an administrative role and be happy to work full-time at their offices.
Key duties:
- Maintaining customer contract renewals and amendments and invoicing all chargeable work
- Creating contracts, including contacting customers and sales teams to ensure accurate processing
- Monitoring contract e-mail inbox and dealing with internal and external queries
- Completing all monthly billing, invoices and credits
- Assisting credit control and sales with invoice and contract information
- Dealing with customers via the telephone or by e-mail
- Preparation of reports for customers and the sales team
