Job Description
You will demonstrate previous EA experience with excellent confidential, Administration skills and office management skills. Great interpersonal skills, a confident presentation style, and ability to multi-task due to the variety of tasks. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels will be a key success factor to the post holder’s success.
- Providing a high standard of assistance to the SVP and Management Team
- Working close with the Chief Country Executive on a day to day basis
- Management of the full Travel lifecycle across the whole Milton Keynes business, including but not limited to Flights, hotels, trains, or any other travel requirements required across the business.
- Management of the Car Parking registrations via a lottery system for circa 250 associates
- Organize Events and VIP visits from other IM countries, liaising with counterparts on a global basis
