Job Description
  • You will be processing clearance applications for staff and subcontractors.
  • Helping applicants with queries and general clearance information requests.
  • Requesting pass applications for all staff and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring existing clearances and passes for expiry and ensure they are renewed in a timely manner.
  • Updating security training records and chasing completion of training.
  • Reporting to contract lead and action tracker updates.
  • Conducting onsite security inspections (champion checklists) in both of our client's locations twice a month.
  • POC for internal and external site audits.
  • Follow up on issues from the action trackers.
  • Collect, administer, track and report on staff and subcontractor clearances.
  • Liaise with client security controllers regarding local clearances of staff and subcontractors.
  • Contacting local teams to ensure information is up to date for new contractors.
  • Other ad-hoc security related tasks as required by the contract lead or the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Someone with a positive attitude who is meticulous in data administration.
  • Experience with security vetting desirable.
  • Minimum SC clearance with no restrictions (can be obtained by British Citizen on successful application).
  • Proficient with IT systems and data storage.
