Job Description
You will be a support system to the entire Asset Management team and will help towards the efficient running of the department. Your typical duties could include the following:
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and writing agendas
- Issuing Rent statements for various assets
- Supporting production of Client Quarterly reports - prep, attend meetings, notes, actions, etc
- Document Management admin support
- Project sites - Document Control issues mainly for Site Plan and ERP or other approved/released documents
- Update document templates
- Planners
- Processing execution of contracts using DocuSign
- Supporting various Portfolio wide tasks
- Directors administration support – travel/expenses etc.
- Supporting Contracts Management Team – updating contracts database, managing trackers, filing new contracts
- Business World support – new suppliers, purchase orders etc.
- Organizing Team Events including accommodation and travel
