Job Description
This role will suit someone with good communication skills, a pro-active approach to solving problems and familiarity with excel. The role sits within an experienced and supportive team of pricing analysts and administrators, which sits within the Commercial Department.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Creating part numbers on the system, ensuring they are accurately priced
- Updating and maintaining product information
- Prioritizing workload between shared inboxes - requests come through internal or external sources
- Ensuring the highest accuracy in our data
- Running regular reports and communicating these internally
- Processing large sets of data, looking for inconsistencies and resolving queries
- Assist in project developments
- Pricing support for our pricing team, to include price queries and producing reports
- Customer administration support in busy periods or for essential holiday cover
We are looking for someone who is has an eye for detail and is enthusiastic in their role. We will provide training to help you maintain our systems accurately and support you in learning new skills to carry out your work efficiently.
