Job Description

This is a great opportunity for the right type of person that can adapt to a fast-paced industry. Must have some previous work experience, willingness to learn is essential.

Duties

  • Daily invoicing to clients, cross checking with client portals
  • Raising of engineer permits
  • Answering incoming calls and distributing
  • Updating of company service management system and client portals
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager

Permanent role

Monday - Friday

8.30am - 5pm (1hr lunch)


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE at C Grade or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
  • Attention to detail is a must whilst working at a fast pace
  • Strong articulate telephone manner
  • Able to multi-task and priorities
  • Excellent time keeping and organizational skills
  • Can do attitude
