Job Description

The Client Service department manage the relationship with our clients, whether that be regular catch-ups, product reviews or renewals and retention. The departments supports all areas of the business from the sales and project team through to the service desk.

Role Responsibilities:

  • General administration working within the Client Service team
  • Liaise with different departments about client queries.
  • Management of the Client Service mailbox, ticket queues 
  • Assist with procurement: quotes, renewals etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Highly Service Orientated.
  • Excellent listener.
  • Strong Word, Excel, CRM system skills
  • Suit someone coming back into work after a career break or someone looking to get into the MSP area
