Job Description
You will need to have a proven track record working within an Automotive Administrative role. You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment helping to ensure set targets and deadlines are met. Experience with the Kerridge DMS system is required.
Duties:
- Carry out general Bodyshop Administrative duties based on the front desk
- Invoicing and answering the phones
- Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion.
- Helping out in Workshop Control allocating jobs to productive staff
