Job Description

You will need to have a proven track record working within an Automotive Administrative role. You will be working in a busy, fast paced environment helping to ensure set targets and deadlines are met. Experience with the Kerridge DMS system is required.

Duties:

  • Carry out general Bodyshop Administrative duties based on the front desk
  • Invoicing and answering the phones
  • Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion.
  • Helping out in Workshop Control allocating jobs to productive staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Kerridge DMS experience
  • Previous Automotive administrative background
  • Experience in workshop control advantageous but not essential
  • Enthusiastic, confident, able to multi-task and enjoys working in a pressurized busy environment
