Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering a high quality recruitment administration service to our candidates and internal staff as well as supporting our recruiters. You will work closely with other members of the Recruitment and HR teams and will also liaise with candidates on a daily basis as well as with recruitment agencies where required.

What a typical day would be like:

  • Coordinating interviews
  • Writing job adverts and posting vacancies
  • Supporting with the preparation of recruitment data for reporting purposes
  • Preparing job offer letters and contracts
  • Carrying out all pre-employment checks including reference checks and medical screening.
  • Creating induction plans.
  • Supporting with organizing and attending recruitment events
  • Promoting the employer brand by continuously fostering a positive candidate experience and promoting recruitment best practice

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are quick to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • Extensive previous administration experience
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment administration role would be advantageous
  • Experience of using Workday would be advantageous
