Job Description

This Finance Manager / Accountant role will include:

• Support the FD with bringing finance in-house from the external accountants
• Implementation of accounts package from spreadsheets
• Month end procedures, accruals, prepayments, journals and trial balance
• Purchase ledger / accounts payable / expenses, aged creditors and payment runs
• Accounts receivable, liaising with major customers; aged debtor reports
• Bank reconciliations and maintain cashbooks
• Assist with statutory reports, VAT, tax and audit
• Provide payroll data to external bureau and collate sales data for ONS reporting
