Job Description

We are looking for a Permanent Office Manager with Finance experience to join their team on a permanent basis. Exciting company consisting of 55 employees with lots of parking on site available. You will be responsible for office admin, facilities, bookkeeping duties and health & safety. This is a full time position, working 5 days a week in the office.

  • Manage reception & incoming visitors
  • Answer mainline and transfer calls
  • Arranging travel and event bookings
  • Manage post
  • Prepare meeting rooms
  • Manage outsourced facility and maintenance subcontractors
  • Ensure maintenance is carried out
  • Complete project reports
  • Manage invoices, bills & purchase ledger
  • Pay suppliers
  • Manage all Health & Safety duties for the office

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience managing an office
  • Previous Bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent use of Windows 10 and MS Office
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to work well in a team and on own initiative
