Job Description
We are looking for a Permanent Office Manager with Finance experience to join their team on a permanent basis. Exciting company consisting of 55 employees with lots of parking on site available. You will be responsible for office admin, facilities, bookkeeping duties and health & safety. This is a full time position, working 5 days a week in the office.
- Manage reception & incoming visitors
- Answer mainline and transfer calls
- Arranging travel and event bookings
- Manage post
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Manage outsourced facility and maintenance subcontractors
- Ensure maintenance is carried out
- Complete project reports
- Manage invoices, bills & purchase ledger
- Pay suppliers
- Manage all Health & Safety duties for the office
