Job Description

Reporting to the Group Finance Director you will be responsible for the following:

• Being the key point of contact on financial and accounting matters.
• Preparation of monthly management information and KPI reporting
• Managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
• Ensuring all statutory requirements are met re. HMRC (VAT, PAYE, P11Ds, Annual Accounts)
• Monitoring all bank deposits and payments.
• Managing and improving the month-end process
• Managing quarterly VAT returns.
• Managing the monthly payroll process in liaison with external provider.
• Overseeing a small team
