Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Implementation and improvements to daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Detailed margin analysis on products and sales channels
• Review and sign-off gateway reconciliations, ensuring data is correctly recorded
• Monthly preparation of accounts with commentary and analysis against variances
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the business with commentary on monthly movement
• Responsible for the financial and statutory reporting
• Line management of 1 Accounts Junior with scope for this team to expand
• Ownership of the margin analysis for the business and building P&Ls for the function
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and communicating this information to the wider business
• Weekly preparation of Group cashflow report
• Monitor all cash positions for the group
• Cash reporting requirements as needed
• Ownership of Group budget administration
• Seek to constantly improve financial procedures, policies, and systems
• Provide business support throughout the year
