Job Description

You will be a part of a successful and friendly team within financial education/training. You are able to work 2 days in the office and the other days remotely. You will ensure the complete and timely delivery of all training events. Working closely with relationship managers, other Marketing and Apprenticeship Manager to ensure in-house / open course events and consultancy are delivered in a complete and timely manner according to company policies and procedures. Day to day management of events from the client contract being issued through to preparation of post event feedback summaries. Creation of event reporting as required by the Lead Sales person. Ensuring CRM data is accurate and updated in line with company processes.

You will need to be a confident person who can priorities and multi-task. You're comfortable liaising with Key Stakeholders, Clients and fellow colleagues. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and problem solving. You're not afraid to ask questions or ask for help. We're happy to give the right person a chance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous office experience required, ideally in a similar role.
  • Previous experience of corresponding and liaising at all seniority levels.
  • An understanding of training and development within the Financial Services Industry or another professional body such as, an Institute or Membership body is Advantageous.
  • MS Office - Previous PowerPoint experience. Outlook, SharePoint and Teams are used regularly.
  • Previous CRM experience
  • You will need strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Must have good organizational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to priorities and manage several different tasks at once in order to effectively meet deadlines.
  • You have attention to detail, you can proof read documents and find any grammatical errors or any other inconsistencies.
  • You are happy to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • You are able to thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
  • You have an excellent understanding of client care and customer service. You're confident speaking to people of all seniority levels.
  • Good common sense and logical thinking.
  • Resilient - Taking direction and delegated workload from multiple sources
