Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven, intelligent, adaptable, and inquisitive candidate who can challenge the business, influence, and drive change. While the role will transform and evolve very quickly, initial duties will include:-

• Leadership of a strong team, overseeing the full financial management, including Management Accounts, month, quarter and yearend financial reporting.
• Challenging the business to deliver robust processes and drive change
• Lead the annual budget process
• Partner with Sales Director and wider team with sales and margin analysis and reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, CA, ACMA or equivalent with an impeccable academic profile and strong technical skills, ideally gained within a high growth organization. You will ideally have experienced a progressive career to date and seek to continue that progression within a challenging and rapidly changing business.
