We are looking for an organized, motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to support the administrative functions for the Service. Working as part of a supportive team, the key requirements of the job will be to provide support to the multidisciplinary clinical team in providing a patient focused service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • To support the administration and reception function across BEDS for daily operational requirements and meeting service delivery requirements.
  • Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge of RiO would be an advantage.
  • Input confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within an agreed timescale using software packages.
  • Be aware of meeting deadlines, planning and prioritizing workload in accordance with service needs.
  • The post holder will be expected to liaise and communicate effectively with service users and the public, all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust.
