Job Description

The position holder will provide an excellent recruitment administration service to the hiring managers and the recruitment team. They will take ownership and responsibility for supporting Recruitment Manager and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for the candidates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews (MS Teams and face-to-face).
  • Building collaboration with the hiring managers.
  • Responding to the candidates’ queries.
  • Solving any interview scheduling issues.
  • Advertising the vacancies on Yusen platforms (Web recruit, SharePoint, Job of the Week and Benefits Portal).
  • Advertising the vacancies on external portals (TRS, CTP and LinkedIn).
  • Utilizing social media to promote vacancies.
  • Coordination of and participation in the recruitment events, including open days, job fairs and career fairs to promote Yusen as an employer and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conducting Right to Work in the UK checks prior to issuing any offer.
  • Collating application documentation for the CAA sites.
  • Responding to the hiring managers’ queries related to offer preparation.
  • Administration support for the ongoing projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in recruitment administration in a fast-paced organization
  • Experience in online assessment administration
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Good stakeholder influencing skills
  • Ability to priorities and manage workload
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Drive, energy, ambition and determination
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Computer literate on Microsoft programs
  • Driving license (regular travel to recruitment events will be required)
