Job Description
  • Managing DSAR/Deletion requests to their conclusion
  • CCTV requests for Police/Insurance/internal/Customer
  • Onetrust maintenance and promoting its use within the business
  • Contract database/Irooms maintenance & enquires
  • DPIAs for new processes or systems
  • Business Controls manual updates
  • Support the scheduling of internal audits & actioning any resulting recommendations
  • Support the collation of the Regional Finance Analyst reviews & reports
  • Support the implementation of any key Finance projects/initiatives
  • Adhoc Assurance tasks as required.
  • Review of Key Loss Management KPI reports
  • Supporting the Insurance Manager/Function as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Evidence of the following would be considered advantageous but not essential:
  • Operational finance would be an advantage
  • Communication to a wide range of Managers and Team Members
  • Influencing skills
  • Service focused
  • Audit/ Data protection experience is preferable
  • Finance & Accounting acumen
  • Using and managing Information Technology
  • Coaching & Influencing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to implement or devise new policies and procedures
