Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly reporting for shareholders
• Steering business planning with operating management
• Contribute quarterly closing (IFRS, local GAP)
• Business performance reporting to Headquarter
• Liquidity planning and cash forecasting
• Planning and Coordination of workflows/ processes between departments during closing and business plans
• Interface management in an international work environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Degree in economics, business administration or math. Master’s degree is desirable.
• First experience in finance or analytical roles. Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
• Experience and understanding of IT systems, Excel and SAP in particular.
• The job also requires advanced business, financial and analytical skills, project management ability, drive and reliability
• Proactive and clever mentality with an open minded and hands on approach
• Your way of working is determined, self-confident and assertive
• Proficiency in English. German language skills are not required.
