We are currently partnering with a leading automotive business based in Surrey who are looking for a driven and ambitious Financial Controller to join one of their divisions. This is an exciting time for the business who are working on new state of the art projects. This role will give someone the opportunity to grow with the business and help it expand over the next couple of years.
Main duties:

• Financial management and business partnering operational colleagues
• Lead on budgeting and planning process
• Budget analysis
• Financial management of vehicle program
• Capex and R&D budgeting
• Defining and reporting of KPIs
• Management of team members

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this role you will have an entrepreneurial nature and will have demonstrated clear value add activities in the companies you've worked at, be that bottom line improvement, setting up a new business unit or working on setting up commercial contracts. You will need to have experience in automotive and will ideally have worked in a startup environment. A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), you will be looking for a role in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as this division grows.
