Job Description

As the Office and Facilities Administrator some of your main duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Maintaining stock levels for the office
  • Assisting the wider team with administrative duties
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with company events and conferences

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, organised, proactive and, most importantly, a team player. There is a strong culture of cooperation and creating synergy across teams and functions, so you should be someone who enjoys developing a network of colleagues that share information, best practice and encourage each other to constantly strive to achieve high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

You will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to ensure the standards of our client are maintained in everything that you do. Our client would also like to hear your ideas on things like improving work processes, team building, motivation, etc.
