Job Description

You will be responsible for recruitment administration, employee administration and the maintenance of HR files for multiple sites across the south of the UK. You will be working with members of the team, line managers and prospective and existing employees to gather information and administer HR paperwork.

What a typical day would be like:

  • Liaising with HR colleagues to prepare terms and conditions of employment for new starters
  • Obtaining employment and educational references for potential employees
  • Liaising with line management and other departments to organize induction schedules
  • General HR administration relating to the whole employee life cycle including leavers process, producing and maintaining records, spreadsheets and databases

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You are an experienced HR Administrator
  • You are IT proficient, to include mail merges and reporting as well as having advanced Excel skills to include V Look-ups,
  • You are adept at juggling multiple priorities
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are highly accurate in your work
  • Your have excellent communication skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Minimum of Grade A-C in English and Math at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A relevant CIPD or NVQ qualification would be beneficial
  • Experience of using Workday (HR software platform)
