Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to move into industry from practice. You will gain extensive exposure and understanding of the Real Estate industry, within a successful logistics investment company.

• Preparing consolidated and financial accounts all Property clients of the business
• Producing budgets, quarterly forecasts and ad-hoc financial analysis, as well as subsidiary statutory accounts, tax returns and enquiries, VAT and CIS returns
• Liaising and working closely with external auditors to ensure the compliancy of Interim and Annual accounts, as well as being applicable to IFRS standards
• Contributing to the preparation of detailed portfolio analysis for marketing documents

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA, from audit/accountancy firms
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market is desirable, but not essential
• Technically strong, including knowledge of Excel for cash flow and reporting
• Analytically minded, with a strong accounting background, either from an accounting or audit
