Job Description

This team is responsible for gathering site geoenvironmental data to enable our clients to make informed decisions regarding the levels of risk associated with ground gas and ground and groundwater contamination of soils and seabed sediments at the sites of proposed development. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support to the Principal Geoenvironmental Engineer, assisting with the compilation of reports and acting as the central coordination point for data, ensuring that data is tracked accurately, and that information is provided to our reporting teams in a timely manner.

  • Inputting and collating technical data and checking basic field and laboratory data for accuracy;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Processing and managing site data using spreadsheets, in-house programs and company’s SharePoint platforms;
  • Liaising with site staff, clients, engineers and sub-contractors in order to confirm project progress and check that project delivery deadlines will be met;
  • Uploading data to MS Teams and SharePoint Sites.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You have a logical approach to work and enjoy providing high-quality administration support to multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly organized and able to keep multiple plates spinning at the same time without dropping any!
  • You are passionate about learning new skills and about the world of Earth Sciences.
  • Strong administration background;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and SharePoint;
  • A logical approach to work;

  • Confident when dealing with clients over the phone and email
  • An interest in chemistry and contaminated land.
