Job Description

You will be responsible for a variety of live accounts for both Distribution and Agency brands, be involved in chasing payments and litigation, ensuring timely collection of unpaid invoices, and provide administrative support. This role will involve tracing, negotiating, pre-litigating and initiating proceedings using your experience and business sense. The successful Credit Controller will also be responsible for posting payments and reconciling the accounts receivables ledger.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have at least 2 years’ in Credit Control, preferably in the fashion, wholesale or retail industry
  • Have a full understanding of sales ledger
  • Possess good Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookup desirable)
  • Have a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent customer service skills with a confident and positive attitude
