Job Description

- Be the 'go to’ finance business partner when it comes to advice and guidance on financial management, liaising with both finance and non-finance managers

- Develop robust and effective business relationships with other Finance Business Partners to ensure a seamless approach

- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business including financial planning and business planning

- Support the CFO and the Head of Department in financial reporting, costing reviews, KPI monitoring

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Driven and energetic; someone who enjoys interacting with operational managers

- Visible and approachable to all stakeholders when required

- Commercially aware
