Job Description

Leavers

  • Ensure all leaver information from Sales Development Managers are processed within 24 hours to gain authorisation on any vacancy
  • To complete an exit interview to establish reasons for leaving and to retain any great employees within the business
  • Send all relevant details through to HR Admin

Resourcing

  • To ensure Resourcing Co-ordinator has all audition slots at least 2 weeks in advance to enter onto ICIMS online video interview tool.
  • To hold online auditions and interview de briefs for all successful applicants
  • To conduct interviews for all Account Managers
  • To set SWOT analysis for all BM (focus stores) and mark up scores within 24 hours.
  • To arrange store approval where appropriate
  • To communicate offer to successful candidate
  • To communicate to unsuccessful candidates
  • To update ATS with candidate progress to be accurate within 12 hours
  • To keep a candidate progress log for any candidates that have not come through ATS.
  • To ensure New Starter Form is completed and sent to HR Administration, and Payroll same day.
  • To ensure all interview notes and proof of right to work are sent to HR Administrator within 24 hours.
  • To send communication to SDM on new starters within 24 hours of offer accepted
  • To develop a regional succession plan for all focus stores

Employee Relations

  • To ensure all investigations are completed by the right person and in a timely manner
  • To support with any difficult probationary reviews
  • To complete all disciplinary hearings ensuring they are legally compliant
  • To communicate with HR admin to make sure the appropriate invites and outcome letters are sent
  • To ensure all meetings have full notes taken and they are sent to HR admin within 24 hours
  • To hear other HR BP’s appeals where appropriate
  • To support at any grievance meetings
  • To provide mediations where appropriate
  • To communicate fully with all Sales Development Managers’ and Regional Sales Manager’s in adjournment and after hearings to gain support for outcomes
  • To gain authorisation for any dismissals in adjournment from HR Manager
