Job Description

Your role will include: processing weekly payrolls for a large number of temps using software, dealing with new starters, leavers, paying salaries and submissions, liaising with clients and answering queries, creating invoices and posting to the sales ledger, preparing payment schedules and calculating reconciliations, credit control duties and other ad hoc payroll related duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This growing small / medium size business has an excellent reputation and allows all staff to forge successful long terms careers within the business. You must currently be working either in house or in an accountancy practice firm or payroll bureau, with a minimum of 3 years relevant payroll experience. Experience of Tempaid would be an advantage but training can be provided. You must be looking to work in a small, yet well-established finance department and be looking for a role where you can grow and develop. You must have a passion for payroll and be looking to assume high levels of responsibility early on.
