Job Description

Tasks include:

  • Answering customer queries via the phone and email
  • Managing and coordinating multiple diaries
  • Logging all information on to the in-house system
  • Liaising with field-based staff and handling their administration
  • Invoicing clients using an accounting system
  • Organisation of the office including managing office supplies, filing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills – MS Office, Outlook and databases
  • Excellent attention to detail
