Job Description
  • Daily invoicing to clients, cross checking with client portals
  • Raising of engineer permits
  • Answering incoming calls and distributing
  • Updating of company service management system and client portals
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at C Grade or equivalent, including Maths & English
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages (specifically Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong, articulate telephone manner
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills with a “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
