Job Description

This is a varied role, with involvement in recruiting new staff members, record-keeping for learners, updating training records for staff, making sure staffing rotas are set up appropriately, and all the 101 other tasks involved in keeping a busy administration function running effectively.

As you will know, working in the education sector is a highly regulated environment with a lot of 'paperwork', but essentially it's all about supporting people to live their best possible lives.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must be an experienced Administrator able to:

  • Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and experience of online databases and management information systems
  • Willingness to learn new systems
