Job Description

You will be responsible for the cash collection and keeping our sales reservations system Up-to-date. You will deal with various departments within the company such as Travel Experience Designer team, customer relations and trade.

  • Ensuring payments are received on time according to our Terms & Conditions for direct and indirect clients.
  • Managing chargeback cases.
  • Reconciliations: credit cards, payments.
  • Processing bank payment and refund by card.
  • Raising credit notes.
  • Processing of monthly statements.
  • Managing the daily floats including resolving any discrepancies.
  • General Admin, mails collection, send invoices to HQ, manage finance mailbox.
  • Assisting sales team when required, regarding payments deadline, agents commission setting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • NA (internal) sales reservation system.
  • Merchant cards - Cardnet and American Express.
  • HiPay, HSBC.net, Ingenico Ogone.
  • Indirect payment schemes – TAPS, ACAS.
  • Advance Microsoft office skills. Proficient in Excel (Formulas, VBA…), Word, Outlook…
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Team player, proactive well organized and rigorous.
  • Fluency in English. French would be a plus
