Job Description

Day to day oversight and management of the corporate finance team as they go through a period of growth in their developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting pack
• Maintain the accounting system, nominal ledger and consolidation mapping
• Oversight of the budget process
• Lead annual audit process
• Reviewing year-end payroll
• Oversee cash flow forecast
• Managing the AP team
• Business partnering across the business
• Preparing annual group consolidations for multiple entities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• Real Estate experience
• Experience leading a finance team
• Good Excel skills
• Hands-on approach
