Job Description

Duties:

  • Setting up new users, resetting passwords.
  • Log and monitor all help desk tickets and close when completed on the system.
  • Enrolling users onto the online learning portal
  • Preparing data import from external parties via excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting the manager on any special projects that may be required from time to time.
